Scope
Umbra U100 accelerator cards, node systems, cryptographic runtime software, and related technical data may be subject to export, re-export, and transfer controls under Singapore law, United States Export Administration Regulations, EU dual-use regulations, and other national regimes.
Customer responsibility
Customers and distributors are responsible for determining applicable licence requirements, obtaining authorisations, and complying with end-use and end-user restrictions. ZipLogic does not permit diversion to prohibited destinations, persons, or end-uses.
